Definitions

• “Membership”: recurring access (daily, weekly, monthly/annual, or other) to content or benefits, according to the plan purchased.
• “Course”: access to a specific educational program (modules, lessons, materials, assessments) as described at the time of purchase.
• “Access period”: the length of time during which your account maintains access to the paid content.

What you are purchasing (access license)

When you purchase a Membership or a Course, you are acquiring a license to access the content (not a transfer of ownership) for as long as your Access period remains active and you comply with these Terms.

Start of access, duration, and expiration

• Access: typically begins once payment is confirmed and your account is created or activated.
• Expiration: when the Access period ends, your account may lose full or partial access to the paid content, depending on the plan purchased.
• Downloadable content (if applicable): any access or download remains subject to the license terms and plan limits.

If a course is described as “access for X days/months” or “access until date X,” that description governs your purchase.

Renewals and cancellations

Recurring memberships

• A Membership may renew automatically according to the selected plan (for example, monthly or annual).
• You may cancel future renewals through your account (when available) or by emailing info@proparejas.com.
• Cancellation stops future charges. Access generally continues until the end of the already paid billing cycle (except in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of terms).

Courses (one-time payment or fixed access)

• Courses may be offered as a one-time payment with access for a defined period or extended access, as described on the product page.
• If a course has a defined duration or expiration date, access ends when that period concludes.

Extensions, freezes (“pause”), and exceptions

Unless otherwise stated on the sales page, extensions or access “pauses” are not guaranteed.

However, Proparejas.com may evaluate reasonable requests (for example, documented technical difficulties or emergencies) and, at its discretion, grant a limited extension. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and do not establish precedent.

Changes to content

We may update materials, replace resources, reorganize modules, or remove elements in order to improve quality, compliance, or security, while striving to preserve the essential educational value of the purchased product.

Misuse, account sharing, and enforcement measures

• Sharing credentials, redistributing content, or allowing access by unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
• We may suspend access and/or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or abuse.
• In cases of fraudulent chargebacks, we may restrict future access to the platform.

Premarital course

Marriage License Incentives Disclaimer

Couples seeking to qualify for any government-provided incentives related to marriage licensing are responsible for verifying, in advance, with their local marriage license authority whether this course satisfies the requirements applicable in their jurisdiction. Completion of this course does not guarantee eligibility for any legal, financial, or administrative benefit.

User Access and Account Use

Access to the course is limited to one active user session at a time per account. If partners wish to access the course simultaneously from different locations, they must request the addition of one (1) authorized secondary user.

Only the registered account holder (the “Primary User”) may request the inclusion of one (1) additional authorized user at no additional cost. The authorized user may not grant access to any other person. Requests for additional user access will be processed within forty-eight (48) business hours. Upon approval, the authorized user will receive separate login credentials via email.

Prohibited Use

Sharing login credentials, passwords, or access links, or distributing, reproducing, or transmitting course materials to any third party, is strictly prohibited.

Certificates of Participation

Upon completion of the course, users may download and print an unofficial certificate of participation.

If an official certificate of participation is required, users must submit a request using the designated form. Official certificates are issued at no cost and are signed by the instructor. They include the course format, topics covered, and the total time completed by the Primary User (the individual formally enrolled in the course).

Official certificates will be delivered via email or standard mail within one (1) business week of the request date.

If a notarized certificate and/or delivery by certified mail is requested, additional fees will apply.

State-Specific Requirements

Users residing in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to the states of Texas and Florida, may be required to obtain an official certificate of participation. Users are responsible for confirming applicable requirements with their local authorities.

Identity Verification Requirements

To issue an official certificate of participation, users must (a) complete the minimum required course hours and (b) submit unexpired identification for both participating partners.

Acceptable forms of valid identification include: driver’s license, U.S. passport, permanent resident card, U.S. military identification, certified birth certificate, or a school identification card with a photograph.
